Hello, I'm William

I am a visual development artist currently studying at Ringling College of Art and Design. I specialize in designing environments, props, weapons, and vehicles. I am incredibly passionate about fantasy, science fiction, and mechanical design, and I strive to create and develop concepts that can bridge the gap between ideas and reality.
Artist Story
William is a Visual Development artist who specializes in bringing concepts to life through his unique creativity and artistic skills. He is passionate about working with background art teams, production designers, and art directors to create visually stunning projects that convey the desired mood and atmosphere. William is well-versed in various drawing techniques, painting, photo bashing, and 3D modeling to achieve his artistic vision.

Originally from Kalamazoo, MI, William's interest in art began at an early age, where he honed his skills through various art classes, including photography and metalworking. He continued to study art in his adulthood and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in visual development and business of art and design from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL (expected graduation, December of 2024). William's passion for art has earned him recognition, with one of his paintings on permanent display at the Norwalk hospital.

Growing up in diverse environments, including urban cityscapes, sprawling Midwestern farmlands, and New England's shores has influenced William's approach to life and his creative direction. He also has a keen interest in machinery and machine-based designs, particularly in military and science fiction themes. These influences can be seen in his work today.
